Our client is an independent team of property professionals offering Estate Agency services across the East Midlands including Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

Due to continued demand and a high number of leads and enquiries, an addition opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer to join the team covering the Northampton area and surrounding towns and villages.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations for both residential and commercial properties.
- Analyse market trends, recent sales data, and property condition to determine accurate values.
- Provide clients with well-researched and transparent valuation reports.
- Offer expert advice to clients on pricing their properties for sale or rent.
- Assess property features, location, and potential improvements.
- Present compelling market appraisals that align with client goals.
- Create detailed property listings with captivating descriptions.
- Highlight unique selling points, amenities, and neighbourhood features.
- Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality visuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor services accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales or rental process.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure properties receive maximum exposure through online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Participate in open houses and property viewings.
