My Client requires a Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise as a ClaimCenter Business Analyst Lead for the Configuration Stream. Join a dynamic team supporting major brands and engaging in transformative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and define business requirements, focusing on process flows, business rules, and user interface changes.
- Understand customers' business objectives and validate current processes and KPIs.
- Define target operating models and key performance indicators.
- Identify configuration opportunities in Guidewire OOTB.
- Create product rollout and data migration strategies, and assist in change management and business case preparation.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and process modeling techniques (UML, Miro).
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with Guidewire.
- Proven leadership in requirements gathering for ClaimCenter implementations.
- P&C Industry Certification.
- Strong customer-facing skills.
- ACE or Professional Certified Guidewire Professional.
