I am looking to speak with Conveyancers with a minimum of 4 years PQE who are looking to join a leading, national firm.
You may be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or a non-qualified Conveyancer with a wealth of experience to be considered for this role.
This firm already has a very strong presence within the property market and has secured a new contract with identified work already for the next three years and beyond.
The project will be a fully bespoke, tailored conveyancing offering with fixed fees and a low volume caseload per lawyer – possibly 5 instructions per week, c60 (maximum) cases running at any time. And there will be a simple fixed fees structure for all transactions with a two-tier pricing.
The work is already guaranteed; there is no need for business development or the generation of additional clients for work or fees; the model is one client who provides all the work.
So you will appreciate this is a very exciting opportunity to step away from the stressful, high volume caseload style.
As such, this firm is looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor and has an extremely generous salary on offer.
This is an office-based position in central Leeds.
