The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Design/Merchandiser Assistant to join a well established company selling into the high street working with UK and International customers. Specialising in the design, manufacture and import of own brand and customer branded goods for retailers, e-commerce and independently owned stores.
The Role:
Coordinating development samples from overseas suppliers
Logging / Tagging development samples when they arrive into UK office
Managing Customer Line Lists
Managing Navision Cads
Managing DHL parcels
Incoming Post - Collect, open parcels, log samples on tracker and distribute
Checking barcodes and box end labels for orders placed with overseas factories
Marking samples off on Critical Path and Tracker once approved
Organising and managing samples, rotating and clearing out when no longer required
Skills Required:
- Fashion / business degree
- Previous experience not required
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
- Good communicator both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Highly organized
- Diligent and conscientious
