The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritisation and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and essential experience with SystemOne.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all information is entered promptly on Trust systems
- Executing strategic plans
- Providing chaperone support to clinical staff when necessary
- Offering support to the Health Outreach team
- Organising and coordinating professional meetings
- Recording staff sick leave and annual leave
- Providing administrative support to senior staff
- Participating in the selection and recruitment of administrative staff
- Ensuring building requirements are fulfilled
- Actively supporting clinical staff in managing service development and quality assurance
- Updating administrative policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development of health outreach systems and processes
- Ensuring effective performance within own role and that of the team/department
- Promptly recording and signing of invoices
- Conducting staff annual appraisals and objective setting
- Ensuring all staff receive comprehensive training and attend Trust mandatory training
- Overseeing and participating in the induction of new staff, students, and volunteers
- Adhering to all Trust Policies and Procedures
- Managing the purchasing of supplies for the unit
- Supporting the team in the deployment and appropriate use of IT
- Providing training and support to the team
Additional Duties
- Completing mandatory training in accordance with Trust policy and procedures
- Participating in the staff appraisal process
- Staying informed on all matters relating to Trust policy
- Providing management supervision where appropriate
- Collaborating with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians, and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services.
