We are looking for an established Events Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation and connecting people through impactful events. This company facilitates improvements in living, working, and traveling by linking businesses and public sector leaders to cutting-edge research and new markets. These events play a critical role in raising awareness, engagement, and business development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver events aligned with organisational KPIs and marketing targets.
  • Shape event briefs with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage both internal and external client events.
  • Liaise with clients and manage event logistics for venue hires.
  • Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams for seamless event execution.
  • Coordinate with event suppliers for top-tier physical, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Develop proactive event marketing plans with the marketing team.
  • Handle supplier contracts, purchase orders, and post-event reporting.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance event management processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering physical, virtual, and hybrid events end-to-end.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Track record of taking ownership and implementing ideas swiftly.
  • Experience in managing event logistics and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to drive measurable results and improve events based on feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and attention to detail.

This role will offer 3 days working from home a week and provides a 9 day fortnight, with the office closing every other Friday.
