Working Hours:
- 26 hours per week: Tuesday 12-4, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4:30
- 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4:30
Salary: £12.83 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Advisor to join our English and Maths team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will promote literacy, numeracy, and study skills, and assist academic staff in providing effective educational opportunities and support for learners with additional needs. Your goal will be to help achieve the best possible outcomes for these learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learners in developing literacy and numeracy skills.
- Assist academic staff in creating and delivering educational opportunities.
- Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs.
- Promote effective study skills and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
