SEND Teaching Assistant - Brent
We are currently looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to work in a fantastic school within the Brent area. In this role as an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be required to support children on the autistic spectrum and provide tailored support to each child based on their individual learning needs.

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Brent
Position start date: September 2024
Contract type: Full-time
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
The Role:
- Work with small groups of pupils with special educational needs to help them get the most out of classroom life
- Liaise with the classroom teacher about how best to support pupils
- Prepare learning materials
- Carry out 1:1 individualised support
- Create a safe, fun and clean learning environment for children
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people or SEND children in any capacity
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills
- Either live in Brent or within a commutable distance
- Be available for a September start
- You will have a genuine dedication to supporting the diverse learning needs of every individual
