Talent Acquisition Manager

Highly sought after role as Talent Acquisition Manager to work with a premium retail client.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify, target, and headhunt candidates for Operations, Commercial, and Ecomm divisions.

Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements and draft profiles.

Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing solutions, with a focus on digital and direct methods.

Screening: Evaluate CVs and identify high-potential candidates.

Interviews: Conduct qualitative interviews to assess competencies and aspirations.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience by monitoring and informing candidates regularly.

Reporting: Maintain recruitment reports and KPIs, suggesting improvements.

Trends: Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitor activities.

Employer Branding: Represent the company at recruitment events.

Ideal Candidate:

Relevant recruitment experience.

Passion for inclusion and diversity.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships.

Expertise in recruitment tools and digital sourcing.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ATS (Avature is a plus).

Champion of candidate experience and skilled in interview methodologies.
