Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and experienced in commercial property matters. This is a fully office-based role, where you will work closely with the team to provide essential support to legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dictation support for legal documents and correspondence
- Perform general legal secretarial duties with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on commercial property
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
