Data Project Coordinator

Key Tasks
- Build and maintain a good professional relationship with both internal (sales/finance) and external partners.
- Manage a weekly process to ensure good accuracy of data acquired from partners.
- Regularly track and communicate the status of your portfolio of partners.
- Work methodically to document changes.
- Continuous improvement on the overall process for better efficiency.
- Data analysis to ensure good data integrity.
- Work effectively as a team, sharing ideas to progressively improve the process and implement better efficiency.
Key Skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst/project coordination role, working with external customers/partners.
- Proactive and determined to drive actions and results to meet deadlines.
- Exceptionally strong verbal / written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills will be beneficial, with experience working from large data sets.
- Additional language skills will be helpful, though not necessary.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the London HQ, paying up to £185pd inside IR35 for an initial 12m contract.
