Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audits, from planning through to completion
- Work closely with clients to deliver tailored advice and insights
- Oversee the preparation of accounts and reports as required
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven audit experience, ideally in a client-facing role
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting and audit standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
