Finance Assistant

Your new role

  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
  • Processing of all cash received in the organisation
  • Recording details on the financial system (Xero)
  • Administer the weekly income from across the organisation, including counting cash and cheques, reconciling credit card receipts, and preparing banking
  • Process payments and maintain the purchase ledger on Xero

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in transactional finance
  • Able to commit to a hybrid working role in central Bristol
  • Experience in a not for profit business would be helpful
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
