Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer (Trainee OR Qualified)
Location: Home/Field based covering the South East of England
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience) + Excellent bonus scheme, up to an additional £10,000 OTE!

Our client is happy to consider non-qualified Assessors, who possess a solid history within Residential Childcare at Team Leader level or above - and ideally some exposure to learning and development.
Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Teaching / Assessing qualification.
Essential Criteria:
- Hold strong, occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.
- Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
