Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm

We are looking for an innovative individual to oversee all healthcare compliance matters within our organisation.

Every day you will:

  • Resolve all candidate queries and escalate as necessary via regular email and phone communication.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensuring candidates remain 100% compliant to work within contractual services.
  • Support the Recruitment and Compliance Manager to maintain efficient and accurate reporting systems.
  • Complete DBS, ID checks, and reference checks for new starters.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to understand administrative support required across all business functions.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have:

  • Great organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within administration or compliance.
  • Proficient IT skills and previous experience with MS Office Packages, including Outlook and Excel.
