We are currently looking for a temp EA to join a Private Equity firm based in the West End. This is a two month position with a possible extension and the applicant must have Private Equity experience. The hourly rate is £35 and will be working 8.30am-5.30pm with hybrid options available.
The role
- Support two MDs, 1 SVP, and two Associates
- Lead calendar management by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Manage expenses by collecting receipts and creating expense reports in Concur
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to answering phones for those you support and others in your area; screening and announcing all calls; welcoming guests in a professional manner and escorting them to the appropriate conference room
- Complete various document management—copying, emailing, overnight/shipping
- Understand travel preferences
