IN2Consult / AP Assistant / 12 months FTC / up to £37,000 pa / Hybrid working / Waterloo area
IN2Consult are on the lookout for an AP Assistant to join a media company for the next 12 months. This can offer up to £37,000 pa (depending on experience) & two days of remote working per week. We need someone who is experienced in accounts payable & who can hit the ground running. Please see below the responsibilities & beneficial skills -
Responsibilities
- Managing the accounts payable function for US and UK including sending bills for approval.
- Reviewing and processing expenses.
- Preparing weekly payment runs.
- Weekly bank reconciliations.
- Audit – Working alongside the Financial Controller to provide audit supporting evidence.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Integration project with acquirers.
- Finance Correspondence – Monitoring and managing the communication coming into the team, ensuring that all emails are being dealt with within 24hrs and that messages are being relayed to the correct finance team members so they can action tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Managed SAP uploads for group reporting.
Beneficial Skills
- Strong Netsuite & Xero experience
- 3 + years of AP experience
- Very good level of communication
- Multi-currancy
