1-2-1 SEN Teaching Assistant - September 2024 Start
NextGen Teachers are delighted to be recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position at Mainstream two-form entry Primary School in Batley, starting in September 2024.
This role is to support a pupil in Reception who is non-verbal due to a medical/physical need. This role is full-time working from 8:30am - 3:30pm and candidates applying for this role must have experience working with young children who are non-verbal or have communication needs.
This role is starting from the 2nd September and will be for a minimum of a 6 month contract.

Successful Applications Will Have
- Minimum L3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- 2x professional references

- Strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
