Sustainability Consultant - SAP experience

My client is a multidiscipline consultancy who provide a vast range of services ranging from pre planning and BREEAM to Part L and Air tightness. They are currently on the lookout for an OCDEA accredited Sustainability Consultant to join their sustainability team based in Swansea.
Sustainability Consultants will predominantly be responsible for:
- SAP assessments and generating EPC reports for residential properties.
- ensuring residential properties are in Line with Part O regulations whilst assessing the water efficiency of the residential properties.
- providing solutions for clients whilst building and maintaining new client relationships.
It is essential for Sustainability Consultants to possess:
- BSc or MSc within sustainability or environmental field
- Relevant experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor certification as well as relevant experience in carrying out SAP assessments
- Experience in producing EPC reports as well as carrying out water calculations and relevant experience and knowledge of Part O regulations
- Excellent communication skills within a verbal or written context
