The Role
- Manage your own mixed residential caseload, including freehold and leasehold properties, with a focus on new builds if possible
- Handle a range of cases autonomously with strong emphasis on customer care and delivering optimal outcomes for clients

About You
- Solid experience in conveyancing, particularly with leasehold and title checking
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in handling both leasehold and freehold matters
