What will you be doing:
- Communicate Clearly: Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team and with customers.
- Assess Claims: Review the details of claims to evaluate damages according to the policy.
- Spot and Report Fraud: Identify signs of fraud and report them to the appropriate team.
- Understand Customer Needs: Make sure you fully grasp what the customer requires and expects.
- Manage Workload: Handle your own cases, upload necessary documents, and keep accurate records.
What do you need to apply for the role:
- No previous office experience required, just previous experience of working with customers.
- You must enjoy talking to and helping customers, you will be doing lots of this via phone and email.
- A willingness to learn is key! There will be so much for you to learn.
