Pearson Carter are working with a end user company based in the Manufacturing industry, who are looking for a Business Applications Project and Support Analyst to join the team on a 12 month contract (maternity cover). This role is a huge opportunity to grow and gain new skills in the NAV/D365 Business Central area

Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to NAV/D365 Business Central projects
- Deal with and complete technical and functional support requests
- Understand business requirements and plans
- Use a ticketing system and keeping it up to date
- Review system bugs and come up with a solution
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a help/support desk environment within NAV/D365 Business Central
- Good understanding of Business System processes
- NAV/D365 Business Central Experience
- Experience across Finance, Sales, Purchase and Warehouse modules
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: £35,000 - £45,000.
Location
The client is based in Kent and you are expected to be in office on a Hybrid basis.
