Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join an established Legal Practice in Lancashire on a locum basis in the coming weeks, with the scope for future bookings.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a mixed caseload of residential property matters, with a bias towards new builds.
Hourly rate: £40 - £50 per hour dependent on prior experience (Outside IR35)
Working hours: Fulltime, 35 hours per week
