The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Chelmsford, Essex. This role is perfect for an agency worker looking to make a positive impact in a primary school setting. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different primary year groups, often with short notice.
- Quickly adapt to various school environments, following the school's policies and procedures.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work as required, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of education for students.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience in a primary school setting is desirable, but not essential. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are welcome to apply.
- Ability to quickly adjust to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
