This company is a fast-growing collection of restaurants and bars in London. With locations in the UK, the US and Dubai, they are building one of the leading hospitality groups in the world!
Your new role
This role is 100% office based, and will be based between their head office in Central London and their new high-end restaurant in the City.

  • First point of contact for all restaurant employees (including management team) regarding all administrative tasks and duties.
  • Processes incoming mail, emails and phone calls.
  • Assists the restaurant management team on ensuring smooth running of all administrative duties across all departments within the restaurant
  • Creates and distributes all new starter documents
  • Serves as a point of contact with benefit vendors
  • Maintains all computer systems
  • Sets appointments and arranges meetings for the restaurant management team
  • Maintains calendars of restaurant management team to ensure no clashes.
  • Schedules job interviews and assists in interview processes.
  • Ensures background and reference checks are completed if necessary.
  • Prepares new employee files.
  • Oversees the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Organises the orientation of new employees to the organisation
  • Office management duties such as ordering new stationery, liaising with facilities and invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience in the food and beverage/hospitality/retail industry is preferable.
  • Willingness to be in the office 5 days a week
