A successful residential childcare worker will be responsible for:
- Implement behavioural management techniques and promote positive social skills.
- Organize activities to promote socialization.
- Ensure a safe and clean residential environment.
- To be successful in your residential childcare worker application, you will:
- Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK working in a residential setting with young
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
- Have strong communication skills
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving license(Required)
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
