Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
Train and educate staff members on compliance standards and best practises
Monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into business processes
Handle regulatory inquiries and assist with compliance-related investigations
Requirements:

School Leaver or Graduate with a years work experience either in trading, operations or compliance
Proven experience as a Compliance Manager in the financial services industry
In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
