The Lettings Coordinator/Administrator role based in Harrow is with a specialist Property Management firm on a permanent full time basis (37.5 hours per week PLUS the option for paid overtime!)

We are searching for a natural people person with a consultative approach who will nurture existing business.

The key responsibilities for the Lettings Coordinator/Administrator will be as follows:

Developing relationships with existing and new landlords

Assisting in the efficient progression of agreed deals

Responding to telephone and website leads

Working with accounts to facilitate rent relief or support them chasing outstanding rent

Working closely with all departments - accounts, renewals and property management

Supporting serving Section 21s

Liaising with Solicitors for advice

Leading the weekly office meeting

Overseeing the negotiators

The successful candidate will have the following skill set:

Experience in Lettings/Negotiator level/Admin level

Must be Car owner Driver

Understanding of current lettings legislation

Good telephone manner and positive attitude

Knowledge of the local area helpful
