About the Role

Base Location: Slough

Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Onsite

We are looking for a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) to join our team in Slough.

As RRO for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets to minimise Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction.

You will liaise with customers and business owners who are affected by any outages to ensure they're safe for the duration of the power cut.

You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering. 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity.
  • Experience of operating on a LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice.
  • It is essential that you are able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team.
  • Due to the nature of the role you will need to hold a full UK drivers licence.
