Totum Partners is recruiting a Revenue Finance Analyst for a leading law firm. The Revenue Finance Analyst works as part of the Working Capital Team within the Finance and Accounting Department.
Your ideal Revenue Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Manage daily inboxes, respond promptly, and escalate when necessary.
- Attend client meetings, provide data and analysis beforehand.
- Ensure proper matter management and hygiene.
- Conduct regular WIP reviews, drive prompt billing.
- Assist in drafting client communications on billing.
- Collaborate for accurate rate setting.
- Monitor external payments and invoicing.
- Review and reconcile outstanding invoices.
- Manage cash flows and advise stakeholders.
- Update tracking reports to meet budget needs.
- Provide data for annual rate reviews.
- Collaborate for process improvements.
- Assist with audits when needed.
- Provide financial analysis and insights.
- Onboard new clients when possible.
Your ideal Revenue Finance Analyst will have the following experience:
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous billing experience in a law firm. - essential

- Proficient in computer literacy
