Description
- Prepare and submit accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Analyse financial performance and report on variances.
- Assist in the development of financial models for decision support.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes.
- Support the senior management team in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance.
Profile
A successful Interim FP&A Analyst should have:
- Ideally hold an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) though QBE applications welcome.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent excel and data manipulation abililty.
- Any exposure to financial modelling and forecasting would be highly desirable (though not essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
