As a Defendant EL/PL Associate, you will work on behalf on the NHS managing a caseload of litigated EL/PL matters, both fast track and multi track from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong EL/PL Litigation experience and whilst defendant experience would be preferred, those with a claimant background will also be considered.
