We are working with an International law firm who are seeking a small team corporate paralegals to work in their Manchester office. This is an extremely varied and exciting role which will give you the opportunity to work closely with partners and lawyers. This is a temporary assignment and the duration is expected to be 3-6 months
The successful candidates will be required to support associates and partners in the corporate department with a variety of duties. This opportunity will enable you to work on complex M&A transactions.
Applicants will have ideally gained previous experience of working in a corporate department of a law firm, knowledge of NDA's and due diligence is highly desirable. First class organisational skills are paramount coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
