We are seeking for an experienced Sales Manager that is looking for a new permanent position in the Spalding area!
- Salary £50,000 depending on the experience.
- Company Car! - Cannot have any more than 3 points on the licence.
- Monday to Friday - Mostly working from the office.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Technical and Production teams to commercialise new products
- Ensure that multi-year sales and royalty targets are achieved, developing all available market opportunities
- Create joint business plans for major customers
- Maintain a high level of commercial and technical expertise, to ensure respect and effectiveness in the industry
- Participate in all activities including Open Days, Conferences, Briefings, internal and external meetings
- Work to a customer-centric ethos including significant travel in the UK and Europe, which may occur outside standard working hours
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in working with KPI's - working towards targets.
- Previous experience in negotiating and closing deals.
- Full Driving Licence - no more than 3 points on the licence.
