INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a really friendly, stable and successful large Insurance Broker who are seeking a candidate from an Insurance background with really strong administrative and customer skills.

You will assist customers over the phone with purchasing Insurance covers, dealing with renewals for returning customers, helping with all mid policy changes and any support a customer might need.

Role

  • Handle all queries in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards.
  • Produce accurate and professional documentation.
  • Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premium.
  • Refer all queries that fall outside own experience, knowledge, and authority to senior staff.
  • Issuing renewal documentation.

You MUST have a minimum of 12 months Insurance customer service and administrative experience is required for this role.
