As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Business Administrator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

Reporting into the Operations Manager, as the Senior Business Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth business operations and efficient administrative processes for the clients within the portfolio as well as for the Fourteen Group. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional administrative support, taking ownership of end to end projects under the guidance and support of the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle communication and correspondence with clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

Business Administrative Support:

  • Raising and sending client and company documentation such as HR contracts, reports and presentations
  • Manage and deliver on operational projects for both the client portfolio and the Fourteen Group
  • Maintain up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating events for both Fourteen and Portfolio Clients.
  • Office Management responsibilities ensuring adequate office supplies are available and managing ad hoc requirements of the Fourteen office environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a senior administration role, preferably managing multiple clients
  • A background in the Recruitment industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in technology tools such as Docusign, Xero, Microsoft Excel etc
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Familiarity with start-up and investment sector practices.
