Customer Service Advisor based in Morley
Offering £11.44 per hour - paid weekly, every Friday
Full time, Temporary on-going contract We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients existing team based in Morley.
This is an on-going temporary role working on site with 1 in 4 weeks working from home.
What will you be doing?
- Handling inbound customer service queries from our diverse customer base?? and ensuring to provide ?1st class customer service.
- Ensuring to deliver a response in a timely manner either by email or call.
- ??Prioritise and clear the queue having contacted clients and customers
- Giving clear and concise information to our customers with confidence and knowledge
- Working inline with company standards and service level agreements
- Using our inhouse systems to log calls and amendments
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills preferably from a call centre environment.
- Previous customer service experience ideally within a call based environment
- A passion for customer service with the want and desire to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in an efficient manner by managing and prioritising your workload effectively.
- Strong competency of IT systems including Microsoft Office
The Location: Morley
?The Hours:
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 days out of 7 on shifts between 8am and 6pm (4 days during the week & 1 day on Sat/Sun)
?This rota will continue to repeat which will give you more consistency and notice to allow you to plan your life outside of work easily!?
