This trendy womenswear company is looking for a digital marketing manager to join its team on a permanent basis. They are an independent and sustainable brand, offering versatile and feel-good styles for women.
As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of CRM, performance marketing and affiliate marketing. You will be developing and executing the CRM strategy, leading profitable campaigns across meta, TikTok, google and identifying new areas of growth across the business. You will also be managing two digital agencies and have two direct reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have atleast 6 years experience in CRM or digital marketing, experience with A/B testing and experience working across Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns. Shopify plus and bloomreach is advantageous.
They are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000, plus a discretionary bonus, WFH Fridays and company pension and discount.
