You will be working for an expanding business in Portsmouth who are looking to hire a Trainee Finance Administrator.
Your new role
- Responsible for the administration of banking platforms for our clients
- Setting up access and authorised signatories for clients on their banking platforms
- Maintain the banking access log.
- Liaise with the client facing admin teams, whether that be via telephone, email, team messages or in person, whenever situations or queries arise
- Monitor email ticketing tool and prioritise banking requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with the teams' monthly service level agreement (SLA) reporting.
- Perform regular banking platform reconciliation escalating any anomalies.
- Assist in appropriate projects that arise within the Client Operations department.
- Liaise with managers to resolve any queries.
- Monitoring changes to authorised signatory lists, adding and removing users' access as applicable.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have full right-to-work in the UK, with prior UK experience working in finance / administration.
- Previous experience working in Administration, Finance or Banking
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good telephone manner
