They are currently looking for a Technical Conveyancing Specialist to join their property team. The successful applicant will enjoy remote working and fantastic company benefits.
Duties
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
- Communicate effectively to clients, lenders and colleagues
- Prioritising work to meet the needs of the business
- Providing effective management of complex matters
- Keeping procedural and property law knowledge up to date
- Supporting junior staff
- Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
- Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have vast, strong experience with Residential Conveyancing
- Have a strong understanding of property law and practice
- Ability to resolve issues for the best commercial outcome
- Understanding what needs to be done to ensure the firm achieves accreditation from relevant external bodies, for example Lexcel, IIP etc.
- Accessible and responsive to colleagues and clients
- Ability to manage a workload effectively
- Ability to assess risk when making decisions
- Require minimal supervision
- Enthusiasm for the industry
- Proactive and self-motivated

- Annual salary up to £42,000
- Remote working, linked to the Lincoln office
