The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be;

  • Supporting the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and reports, and coordinating logistics
  • Processing orders and managing customer relationships
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Assisting in the organisation of sales events
  • Communicating important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensuring sales targets are met and reporting any deviations
