Legal PA - Litigation
salary up to £40,000
London (SE1) - hybrid working
Our client, a prestigious firm based in London, is seeking a dedicated Legal PA to support their Litigation department. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional legal services. You will work closely with the Litigation and Corporate PA Team Leader and liaise with various business support departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, book conference rooms, organize complex travel and accommodation arrangements, and handle general filing and record-keeping.
- Assist with billing, credit control, and financial reporting. Manage bank transactions as necessary.
- Handle internal and external telephone queries, monitor post and emails, and liaise with business support departments.
- Maintain and update client information, deal with basic client queries, and arrange client meetings.
- Review and amend correspondence, documents, and presentations. Produce and maintain Excel spreadsheets as required.
