Polish speaking Business Developer

A fast-growing international IT consultancy firm is looking for an experienced Polish speaking Business Developer who will be responsible for generating new business in the Polish market. The ideal Business Developer will have a background in IT Recruitment or Software development, with solid outbound sales and lead generation experience. The company is working on a hybrid model with 3 days in the Central London office and 2 days working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and selling services to B2B and B2C customers
  • Prospecting and generating leads in the Polish market
  • Managing the whole sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating contracts, to closing the deal
  • Attending virtual and in-person networking events
  • Analysing the market to build up a portfolio of new customers

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a confident and independent sales/business development professional, preferably with experience opening a new market and setting up sales processes. The right candidate must be fluent in Polish and have experience working on the Polish market, who is driven by challenge and is unafraid to constantly push themselves. Profile:

  • Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, in the Polish market and ideally in a similar industry (IT recruitment, Umbrella Company).
  • Must have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate leads and build client relationships
  • Solid project management and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude, team spirit, and strong motivation to succeed
