Main Duties:
As a Credit control / Sales ledger, your main duties include:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with assigned customers to ensure timely payments.
- Contact credit customers via email or phone to request and confirm their payments.
- Handle high volumes of queries to secure payments and prevent delays.
- Manually create customer invoices and credit notes using various data sources.
- Conduct and assess credit checks to help the business mitigate risks when offering credit.
- Record all daily customer payments to keep accounts up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any queries.
- Share debtors ledgers with relevant departments and seek assistance when necessary.
- Complete all required customer documentation to facilitate prompt payments.
- Support the team leader with activities aimed at continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate behaviours that reflect the company's core values.
Location / Office / Culture
This hybrid role requires only two days in the office each week.
