About the Business

An opportunity to be an Credit control / Sales ledger for an international technology business near Redditch! Main Duties:

As a Credit control / Sales ledger, your main duties include:

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with assigned customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Contact credit customers via email or phone to request and confirm their payments.
  • Handle high volumes of queries to secure payments and prevent delays.
  • Manually create customer invoices and credit notes using various data sources.
  • Conduct and assess credit checks to help the business mitigate risks when offering credit.
  • Record all daily customer payments to keep accounts up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any queries.
  • Share debtors ledgers with relevant departments and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Complete all required customer documentation to facilitate prompt payments.
  • Support the team leader with activities aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that reflect the company's core values.

Location / Office / Culture

This hybrid role requires only two days in the office each week.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous accounts experience
  • We welcome people with a credit control or sales ledger background,
