We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Concierge Sia to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 48 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Display an outstanding level of customer/Security focus and understand the reasons for it
  • To be the face of the customer at the main entrance points, to meet and greet all in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Car Park Operation/Management
  • Operate Industry Standard integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control and Alarms)
  • Ability to take responsibility for problems that staff and visitors may have.
  • Respond to requests for assistance as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Carry out initial investigations and report both verbally and in writing on incidents, suspicious activities, objects and vehicles.
  • Report instances of property at risk of being lost, stolen, damaged or vandalised.
  • Fault reporting
  • Ensure all equipment provided by 14Forty and NG is managed in accordance with procedures laid down in the SOPs.
  • Complete all on site documentation as necessary.
  • The ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers to understand and address their needs

  • Organisational Skills to plan and organise work so as to be efficient and effective and allow service to be delivered promptly and reliably.
  • Analytical Problem solving and Decision-Making skills, the ability to analyse problems and identify solutions including risks and impacts to the business.
  • Innovation Flexibility a proactive approach to opportunities the ability to develop new ideas that will lead to improvements. The ability to adapt and change behaviour to better achieve targets and objectives. The role does involve shift work.
  • The ability to set high targets/objectives for self and department, is influential in reaching targets and objectives.
  • Self awareness the ability to seek guidance and advise when appropriate to accomplish tasks to perform the role in an effective and efficient way.
  • Smart and personable character a great communicator
  • Good educational background and a solid command of written and spoken English
  • SIA Licence – Front Line Door Supervisor
  • Computer Literate specifically with Microsoft Office
  • First Aid at Work
  • Flexibility in working hours
