Full-time temporary Business Studies and Information Technology, Maghull, Sefton
Hays Education are working with a mixed Comprehensive School in Maghull who are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner to teach Business Studies and Economics temporarily full time across KS3 and KS4 from immediately until October half-term. We work closely with this school to provide day to day staffing needs, long-term supply and permanent placements. Hays has become well-respected and a market leader in many areas through a constant focus on providing outstanding customer service to both teachers and schools.

Your new role
You will be teaching between KS3 and KS4, teaching around seventeen pupils per lesson, starting immediately. In order to be a Secondary Business Studies and Economics Teacher, you will need to have qualified teacher status or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up-to-date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst always demonstrating a professional manor. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills, as this is crucial when speaking to other members of staff and people in the school. We accept applications from newly qualified teachers that are eager to start their first teaching role within secondary education.
