Responsibilities:
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries;
- Examining expenses submitted by employees;
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable;
- Creating company financial reports with the above information included;
- Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company's financial health;
- Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue;
- Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data;
- Working with primary documentation;
- Managing auditing process and contacting with auditors;
- Bank compliance;
- Payroll;
- Participation in Due Diligence projects;
- Generating financial reports that display the company's profits, equity and cash flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience gained in a similar or related role;
- Results oriented, able to work both independently and within a team to a high quality;
- Hands on mentality with exceptional numerical and analytical skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to converse within a multicultural environment;
- You will be a qualified or soon to be qualified accountant ACCA or equivalent would be beneficial.
