Handyperson/Compliance Tester (£27,964 per annum, full-time, permanent)
Job Role
iNHomes is West Kent's busy repairs and maintenance team looking after over 7000 properties. We are responsible for the safety and maintenance of our homes.
We are looking for a handyperson to help out with minor maintenance tasks and our cyclical compliance program (fire alarm testing, emergency lights testing etc.)
You will be a skilled friendly professional that is comfortable going into residents' properties to problem solve and ultimately complete basic maintenance repairs.

Location Details
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
