Job Description
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to children with diverse needs, helping them to flourish in a supportive and inclusive educational environment. You will collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure that each child receives the tailored assistance they require.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individual students with their learning and emotional needs.
Assist in implementing personalized education plans.
Create a calm and encouraging atmosphere for learning.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Help with classroom management and administrative duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Experience working in a UK school setting, particularly with children with special educational needs.
A current DBS check on the update service.
A calm, caring demeanor with a genuine commitment to supporting children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
