Package £24K-£25K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives (OTE £35K Year 1, £50K Year 2, £70K Year 3)

- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
